ReCreate Childhood

I thought that this picture was the most suitable one for me and my sister to re-create,
it wasn't easy but luckily we managed to to do it. I also didn't have any pictures of my childhood because they were all back home.

Artist Statement:

To me Art is some inspiration, it’s not what you see or what you make it’s what you feel. Each and everyone of us has their own way of thinking , ideas and inspirations. I always experience a relationship between me and my artwork. I might not be one of the best photographers and cannot be compared to any artist because it’s impossible to compare anyone’s work to yours because not all artwork is the same. The pictures I take depends on what emotions I felt when taking the picture, sometimes gloomy, blurry ,dark ,bright. It really depends on the mood I’m in. Try not to make the camera manipulate you with the lightening, but know how to use it. I think of my work as inventories of objects, artwork photographs etc…. i like being creative in my work and coming up with new ideas , i always take pictures of dark objects.

I always rely on what I feel not what I see , it’s all about beauty. 

Portrait Series

I chose to make this portrait series because i felt that these were the pictures  that best fit into it& when i took
the pictures it was very nice out and the background would just stand out.

ARTIST INSPIRATIONS:

Richard Avedon "his fashion and portrait photographs helped define America's image of style, beauty and culture for the last half-century.

Vincent Van Gogh  used the natural elements of a country landscape to structure the composition of The Harvest. He has amazing work that’s very interesting.

“Christina’s World”  by Andrew Wyeth , a realist painter. He is one of the best known U.S artists of the middle 20^th century, this is one of his famous artwork that has a story behind it. Nice work.

“The First Quarrel” by Charles Dana Gibson , an American graphic artist; best known for his creation of the Gibson Girl. He has a lot of interesting and attractive work. 

Gregory Crewdson famous for his dramatic and cold pictures is one of the most influenced photographers in the USA. He has interesting work.

Sondos Saleh; a very close friend of mine, very ambitious and has very nice ideas in her work also very creative. I absolutely love her work.
